Where it all started
Young Mindz was founded with a simple but powerful belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful life, no matter the challenges. After working in disability, education, and community services, our founder saw first-hand the gaps in support for people with complex needs. Driven by a desire to create real, person-centred change, Young Mindz was founded to do things differently. What started as a small, passionate team, quickly grew into a values-led organisation, delivering Supported Independent Living, home and community support. At Young Mindz, provide person-centred services, we build stronger futures with care, respect, and purpose. With multiple NDIS careers available, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team and make a real impact in the lives of others.
